Payment Terms

At New Sea ApS, security is our top priority. In a market where fraud is unfortunately common, we pride ourselves on offering our customers peace of mind. When you work with us, you can rest assured that your payments are safe, and your business is in reliable hands.

For Long-Term Customers

We value the trust we have built with our loyal clients. For long-term partners, we do not require advance payment. Instead, we deliver goods on trust, with payment due upon arrival, against documents.

For New Customers

To establish trust and ensure a secure process, we require:

  • 30% pre-payment before loading the containers.
  • The balance is payable against a copy of the original documents, no later than 2 weeks before the shipment’s arrival.

We also accept payment via Letter of Credit (LC). LC instructions can be provided upon request.

Important Note:

For your security and ours, we cannot accept payments from third parties due to the risks of fraud, misuse, and lack of transparency.
